Free Invoice, Quote and Purchase Order Templates

Three files, three moments. An invoice excel template is the bill after the work. A quote is the price you send while they are still deciding. A purchase order is what you send a supplier before a box shows up. I keep them separate so the columns do not get mixed.

The plumber sample has four invoices from one week. The quote is a contractor estimate for a repaint. The purchase order is Harbor Goods buying paper and pens. Open the one you are about to send. Leave the other two alone until you need them.

None of this is a set of accounts. If you want the month after the bills go out, that is the bookkeeping section. Download one file, replace the sample rows, and read the green total once before you put it in an email. I print or PDF the sheet when I send it, so the client sees the same numbers I saved.
