Free Inventory Templates for Excel and Sheets

A shop does not need warehouse software to know what is on the shelf. This excel inventory template is a count: item, quantity, reorder point, cost. Stock value and the Reorder flag come from those numbers. Count what you can see, then type it once.

Harbor Goods has twenty everyday products in the sample. Notebooks are already short. Copy paper is not. The status cell writes that word. You should not.

When those goods become a cost, that spend belongs on the expense report. When you are ready to buy more, send the purchase order. This page is only the map. Open the inventory file and type over the sample. If two people count the same aisle, keep one number. The sheet cannot tell which count is newer. Count before you open the file if the shop is busy.
