A small sales list does not need a subscription. These excel crm templates are one customer list: last contact, next step, stage, a deal value. Open rows add up. Won and Lost stay visible, but they are not in that total.

Harbor Service Co. has fifteen people in the sample. Stages are New, Talking, Quote sent, Won, and Lost. Spell them the same way every time or the total skips the row.

When the next step is a price, write the quote on its own sheet, then come back and change the stage. Download the CRM file and put in people you actually call. Leave closed names on the list so you can see what already finished. Update the last-contact date on the day you actually speak, or the list goes stale in a week. Sort by that date when you sit down to make calls.
